Yoga and Comfort Techniques for Birth & Beyond
VIRTUAL ON-DEMAND WORKSHOP
Learn safe and effective yoga postures that can be used to help prepare your body and mind for labor and delivery, whether you plan to have an epidural or go unmedicated.
I will also guide you through partnered poses that will facilitate deeper connection and empower your partner or primary support person to confidently support you through birth and early postpartum.
This workshop intends to create a space to foster a heart-centered connection with your partner or primary birth support person through breath, specific movements and evidence-based comfort measures.
(Disclaimer: This workshop does not replace the invaluable role of in-person doula support. It does not include childbirth education, advocacy, logistics, interventions, decision making guidance, or any on-call support.
